I've always watched where their hips/plant foot line up & their eyes BEFORE they set the ball. Of course the approach also tells you something too and is definately something to watch. This worked great for me when I played High School & College soccer.

RV: I don't agree on this, you make it sound like this happens a lot, I've seen it occasionally but EVERY time I've seen it, it's called unless it's a goal, if it's a goal there's no point in redoing it...

Maybe the author is referring to situation when a player's performance drops considerably because his/her lack of stretching induced an early fatigue or strain. If the player is a striker it may mean no more goals for the team; if is a defense it may mean more goals for the other team.

I'd love to cycle across the USA, but as a 'foreigner' (British actually) it is now just too much hastle to take a bike to America and endure the immigration process - I'll try again in a few years

I love skiing! Too bad it was 110 degrees here in the desert today. I made it up to Jackson Hole last season and I want to hit up Utah this year.

Sometimes a game can be decided on whether or not a player stretched before the game.

Could you explain your theory on the above statement.......it seems way off. Hard to believe in fact!

95% of the worlds heliskiing is done in BC Canada, and for good reason. The endless terrain - steep naturally gladed trees and huge alpine bowls get 40-60 feet of dry powder each year. Canada has the same standard for moutain guides (ACMG) as Europe (UIAGM) very skilled, highly trained and experts in mechanized skiing - if you want to go heliskiing, dont ever settle for anything less. Go to the best try Mica Heli Guides out of Revelstoke BC.
